At Kids Plaza, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items safely back into their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
